The Ultimate Guide to Clinical Research ships globally. If you want to check if we delivery to your Country, email us at tyler@clinicaltrialshandbook.com. Our default shipping method is USPS media mail, which can take between 7 and 14 days (longer during the peak holiday season) to reach its destination. We do send email confirmation (which has tracking information) when packages are shipped. We're happy to offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Please reach out (tyler@clinicaltrialshandbook.com) immediately after you place your order if you'd like to upgrade.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with The Ultimate Guide to Clinical Research: A Complete Handbook for Researchers and Practitioners. However, due to the nature of the product, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your textbook arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting tyler@clinicaltrialshandbook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to the intellectual content of the textbook, we do not accept returns based on:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchase

• Content dissatisfaction

3. Shipping Costs
